Clients may submit a written refund request within 24 hours of purchase.

Administrative, strategy preparation, scheduling, research, or onboarding work completed during that time may be deducted from any refund issued.

Processing fees (merchant fees, transaction fees) are non-refundable.
No Refunds After 24 Hours
After 24 hours have passed from the time of purchase, no refunds will be issued, as project work, strategic allocation, and internal resources have already been committed.
